you are putting to much pressure perhaps on yourself to feel otherwise. how can we recognize the good days if there were no glum ones for contrast? you have helped so many with your spirit; glide on the strength of other spirits right now. spirit surfing!

Sorry to hear your day has not been great… Rest Bill. So many of us have those kind of days…it is normal. A gentle hug for you sir. You are not alone even if it feels that way. Wishing you better days soon.

Thank you for your recent posts. I always play catch-up if I have been away from the computer.

Sending you a bunch of healing energy, Bill.

Think of me out there chopping my winter wood…having a sniffle over the bare little Royal Purple bush that the deer dined on. I’ve nursed that thing for three years! They won’t touch these bushes in any other yard. Go Figure.

I love the fall though we don’t get the burst of colour in the fall that so many other parts of Canada experiences. I love our four distinct seasons so welcome the misty fogs that burn off into warm autumn afternoons. Perfect for chopping and stacking.

What a great purpose you serve by even confessing to a down day. By golly, if that doesn’t turn a heart, nothing will!

So – til later…here’s to you.
