Dying Man’s Daily Journal – Prayers Please

Several days ago I spoke to my dear cousin Judy. Judy has been fighting the hard fight for many years now. That hard fight being with cancer. I am not even sure it must be something like 8 or 9 years ago, she had a kidney removed due to the cancer. For years it seemed to be in remission or maybe just hiding quietly in the background.

I could go into a lot more detail and maybe will one day but in the last couple of years the cancer has come back or come out of hiding. It is in several different spots in her body with the most recent being discovered is a cancerous brain tumor. She is I hear responding well to the radiation treatment for this tumor, for which I am so very thankful.

Our conversation though relatively short was very upbeat. She has a wonderfully positive attitude.

Prayers please.

My prayers are for both Judy and you. That good positive attitude must run in the family!

There’s power in attitude–and there’s power in prayer.

I’ll include cousin Judy in my prayers and send positive, healing thoughts in her direction.

I think it’s fair to say that I do not like cancer or the way it works.
    Just sayin’…….
