Not feeling to well today, very light headed with a lot of neausea. Quiet day yesterday, just laid around watching TV. Napped a lot.
Ok. I am dying, so why am I on the internet telling the world about my problems? After all a lot of people are dying and in a lot worse shape than I am, being in pain or severe discomfort. I have a bad heart after 4 heart attacks and in congestive heart failure. According to the doctors I could go basically any time. I is my hope that by journaling my experiences, I can maybe help others when they are faced with the same issues. I have prepared myself and right now have no fear.
I am just praying I can hold that faith to the end. You know how it is when, say, a distant relative living far far away, invites you for a visit next summer. At the time it sounds like a great idea but as it gets closer, the idea sounds less and less appealing and can even turn to dread. Well I certainly can’t say the idea of me dying sounds like a good idea. I have come to accept it is going to happen, I have my solid beliefs in God and the after life. So while I am not looking forward to it, I do not dread it.
So day by day, I hope to journal my last journey and show that it doesn’t have to be that bad or scary. Hope it helps someone.

HOWDY BUD,,,,AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND VI. HOW’S IT GOING???
JUST GOT A NEW LAPTOP AND AM SITTIN’ AT HOME ON THE COUCH SURFIN’ AND THOUGHT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR SITE. I JUST GOT A WISDOM TOOTH YANKED OUT YESTERDAY, SO I’M JUST LAZING AROUND FOR A FEW. PRETTY SORE SHE BE.
REALLY SORRY WE DIDN’T GET TOGETHER BEFOR XMAS, LIKE WE DID THE PREVIOUS YEAR, BUT WE WERE SO BUSY WITH FAMILY CRAP THAT I DIDN’T EVEN GET A CHANCE TO CALL. TOOK OUR KID’S AND GRANDKIDS TO FLORIDA/DISNEYLAND FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, AND JUST GOT BACK ON THE ELEVENTH. HAD A BLAST AND GREAT TIME BONDING WITH THE LITTLE VARMINTS AGAIN. SURE DO LOVE ‘EM,,,,,,HANNAH IS 5 1/2 AND AUSTIN JUST TURNED 1 ON JANUARY 2ND SO WE HAD HIS FIRST BDAY DOWN IN MAGICLAND.
JUST GOT A WARNING THAT THE BATTERY IS WEAK ON THIS NEW BABY SO I’LL SIGN OFF NOW AND GIVE YA A CALL WHEN I GET THE WADD OF GAUZE OUTTA THIS OL’ MOUTH. SAW YOU’VE GOT THE GRANDKIDS WITH YA THIS WEEK,,,,,ENJOY THEM WHILE THEY’RE AT THAT AGE,,,,,,THEY SEEM TO GROW UP TOO QUICK !!!!! TAKE CARE ‘CAUSE WE CARE,,,,LUV YA MAN,,,,HAL.

Hal and Lois, it is so very nice to hear from you. Would very much like to get together with you both. Think of you and talk of you so very often. Always saying, have to phone them and make arrangements to get together. We have to do it soon, buddy.
